Am I allowed to use my own WiFi Router or other modem/router?
No. In order to ensure the network is protected from any issues which could impact the stability for other residents, you are not able to use your own Router or WiFi broadcasting device.
WiFi in a high-density environment like Student Accommodation requires all the available spectrum and external devices impact the speed and stability for everyone around you.
If there is an issue which makes you feel the need to use your own router, please contact the FutureLabs Support team so we can help you get to the bottom of your issue.
